Case Studies
A University Program with External Participants
Context: A London-based University runs an executive/adult learner education program. The students in the course are working professionals, and the course is crafted to target their industry sector and focus area. The program runs twice a year, meaning two cohort intakes every calendar year.
Challenges: The students in the course are externally-enrolled, and do not have University-issued accounts. They use their own email addresses, some personal, some issued by their employer. Each student has a variety of attributes that the University uses to segment the cohort. Managing these user accounts, importing new users every 6 months, keeping their attributes up-to-date and ensuring each person gets the right information at the right time has become quite a challenge.
Solution: This app
